1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website operated by MoovCast Plumbing & Building Services Sdn Bhd (201901028745 / 1328745-K), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should discontinue use of the website immediately.

2. Services

We provide plumbing, drain cleaning, roofing, waterproofing, and related building maintenance services in Selangor and Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. All services are subject to a separate written quotation or contract agreed between the client and MoovCast prior to commencement of work.

3. Quotations and Pricing

Quotations provided by MoovCast are valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices quoted exclude unforeseen additional work that may be required once concealed areas are exposed. Any variations will be communicated to the client for approval before proceeding.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in each individual quotation or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of the contracted works. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue amounts at a rate of 1.5% per month.

5. Warranties

MoovCast provides a workmanship warranty as specified in the relevant quotation or contract. Warranty periods vary by service type — typically six (6) months for standard repairs and up to twenty-four (24) months for waterproofing and roofing projects. Warranties cover defects in our workmanship but do not cover damage caused by misuse, third-party interference, natural disasters, or normal wear and tear.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, MoovCast shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of this website or the engagement of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of MoovCast Plumbing & Building Services Sdn Bhd and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any material on this site without prior written consent.

8. Website Use
