Waterproofing membrane application

Waterproofing Systems

Seal, shield, and protect every surface against moisture intrusion.

Stop Water Damage Before It Starts

Malaysia's tropical climate — with annual rainfall exceeding 2,500 mm — makes waterproofing an essential investment rather than an optional upgrade. Unprotected concrete, masonry, and tiled surfaces absorb moisture that leads to structural weakening, rebar corrosion, mould growth, and costly interior damage.

We apply proven waterproofing systems matched to each surface type, exposure level, and budget. Our technicians are trained in multiple application methods so that we can recommend the most effective solution for your specific situation.

Waterproofing Methods

Torch-On Membrane

Modified bitumen sheets are heat-welded onto flat roofs, balconies, and podium decks. This system forms a seamless, highly durable barrier that withstands ponding water and foot traffic. Ideal for exposed flat surfaces.

Polyurethane Injection

Expanding polyurethane resin is injected directly into active cracks and joints in concrete structures. The resin cures to form a flexible, waterproof seal — effective even under hydrostatic pressure.

Flexible Cementitious Coating

A two-component cement-based coating applied by brush or spray to wet areas such as bathrooms, kitchens, and water tanks. It bonds directly to concrete and masonry and can be tiled over once cured.

Acrylic Polymer Coating

A liquid-applied, UV-resistant coating for external walls, parapets, and pitched roofs. It bridges hairline cracks and provides a breathable yet watertight finish in a range of colours.

Where Waterproofing Is Critical

  • Flat roofs, roof terraces, and balconies
  • Bathrooms, showers, and wet kitchens
  • Basement walls and below-grade structures
  • Swimming pool surrounds and water tanks
  • External walls exposed to wind-driven rain
  • Expansion joints and construction joints
